He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Cook and Fred Cook; and his father-in-law Vic Needham. He is survived by: his wife Vicki (Needham); his siblings, Diane Gray (Gib), Alice Montgomery (John) and Tom Cook (Trish); his brother-in-law Rodger Needham; and his mother-in-law Jean Needham. He is also survived by his cousins and friends.
