He was predeceased by: his wife Dianne Eaton; his parents, Mervin Eaton and Doris Eaton; and his siblings, Doug Eaton and Lois Eaton.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Eaton (Erinn Stockman) and Julie-Ann Eaton (Jeff Zehr); his grandchildren, Zoe Eaton, Zakery Eaton, Adam Zehr (Ashley), Riley Zehr (Mackenzie) and Jack Zehr; and his sister Norma Miller (Garnet). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Corbett Funeral Home (95 Dundas St N, Cambridge, ON N1R5N6). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Waterloo Regional Police Association Recreation Centre (1128 Rife Rd, Ayr, ON N0B1E0).
As an expression of sympathy, donations in Ray's memory may be made to the Cambridge and District Humane Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
