He is survived by: his wife Sharon Starnes of Lumberton; his children, Kim Koenning (Steven) of Marble Falls, Vonda Rogers (Robert) of Marble Falls and Jerry Williams (Debbie) of Dandridge, TN; his sisters, Patsy Hebert of Kemah and Alta Thornton (Bill) of Telephone, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Maddox Jr. (Rhonda) and Mary Louis Medford (Stanley) of San Antonio. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
