He was predeceased by: his son Réal Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Bouchard; his grandchildren, James Vieira, Destiny Vieira and Halie Kuehl-Bouchard; his great grandchildren, Kassy Bouchard and Hunter Vieira; his parents, Simon Bouchard and Yvette Bouchard; and his siblings, Bertrand, Denis, Jean-Louis, Gaston, Alain and Lily. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, many extended family members, and friends.
