He is survived by: his wife Mona Galway; his children, Paul Kent (Mel), Mark Kent, Genevieve and Bethley (Ian); his grandchildren, Annika, Enzo, Tyler, Keira and Calia; his siblings, Bill Kent (Linda), Tony Kent (Diane), Joe Kent (Lorraine), Alana Walter (Bob) and Mario Kent (Donna); his mother-in-law Hazel Hammond; his siblings-in-law, Wanda Hammond (Colin), Kelly McKenna, Brenda Moriarity Brockerville and Tony Hammond (Lynne); and his friends, Dan, Marie Murphy, Joanne, Armando Terra, Diane Normore, Sandy Pynn, Darlene, John Sheehan, Pat and Trin Shea.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Corbett Funeral Home (95 Dundas St N, Cambridge, ON N1R5N6). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 8:15 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cambridge Newfoundland Club (1500 Dunbar Rd, Cambridge, ON N1R6V3).
