He was predeceased by: his father Bradly. He is survived by: his significant other Jamie Slauenwhite; his mother Christine (Mark); his grandparents, Bob Mowbray and Pat Nagel; and his brother Michael.
Donations made to the Heart and Stroke foundation and the Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
