He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Drost and Patricia Drost. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Drost; his children, Brad (Grace Bleaney), Kevin (Elizabeth Beresford) and Ashley; his grandchildren, Séamus, Phoebe, Owen and Baby Drost; his siblings, Betty (John), Dave, Donna (John) and Carol (Pete); and his family Rob. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Community Christian Reformed Church (1275 Bleams Rd, Kitchener, ON N2R1P6). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Williamsburg Cemetery (1541 Fischer-Hallman Rd, Kitchener, ON N2R1P6).
