He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Sylvia (Bowman); and his brother John. He is survived by: his children, Amanda, Melissa and Tim (Katie); his granddaughters, Brianna and Lily; his siblings, David, Elizabeth Hoffman, Grace Campbell (Manny) and James (Rose); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas (Vivian), Lenora, Richard (Michelle) and Normand (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flower, expression of sympathy can be made to Cambridge Memorial Hospital's Medical Day Care, Sick Kids Hospital, or charity of choice.
