He was predeceased by: his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Kenneth (Merete), Ryan (Toby), Stephanie (Christopher), Jessica (Matthew) and Ashley (Mackenzie); his sisters, Janet (Bill) and Margaret; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Kristina, Emma, Giuliana, Marcus and Emily. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
