She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Thaler and Ethel Thaler; her sister Vera Johnson; and her niece Cheryl Boegers. She is survived by: her children, Mary Anne Giese (Tim) and John Sherk (Shirley); and her grandchildren, Kimberly and Geoffrey.
