She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Carter; and her parents, Willis and Marjorie. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Phillips (Patrick) and Chantal Chaves (Luis); her friend Denis Marcotte; her brother Jim Shaw (Roseanne); her nieces, Melodie Shaw and Nadine Sprague; her nephew Kurtis Sprague; her sister-in-law Phyllis Pedro; her stepsons, Dennis Carter, Tim Carter and Rodney Carter; and also, Liz Sprague (Bob), Carol Shaw and Aunt Pauline Harris. She is also survived by other cousins, family and friends.
