He was predeceased by: his father Roy. He is survived by: his wife Melissa O'Krafka; his son Jacob; his mother Rita; his brother Joe; his brother-in-law Jonathan (Patty); his nephew Charlie; and his grandparents, John and Wilma Irvin.
