He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary McWade. He is survived by: his wife Randee Cupolo; his children, Maegan McWade (Kaitlyn) and Brendan McWade (Catherine); his stepchildren, Jenelle Quistberg (Owen), Kirsten Januszkiewicz (Mike) and Jamie Quistberg; his granddaughter Alice McWade; and his siblings, Deb McWade, Mike McWade (Sheila), Rob McWade (Joanne) and Cam McWade (Toni). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
