He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Green and Margaret Green. He is survived by: his wife Vera; his children, Jodi Elizabeth Lindsay (Matt), Michael Carl Green and Katie Victoria Green; and his sisters, Bernice Richards (Jerry), Pat Dunn (Al), Susan Shannon (Jim) and Liz Gergits (Chuck). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
