He is survived by: his children, Louise Snook (David), Katherine Higgins, Tom Higgins (Michele), Beth Moore (Gerald), Paul Gardham, Michelle Burns (Robert), Andrea Fraser (Alex), Michael Higgins (Holly) and Matthew Higgins (Ashley); his sisters-in-law, Doris Higgins and Evelyn Higgins; his siblings, Fred Higgins (Helen), Ted Higgins, Bill Higgins, John Higgins (Hazel) and Nora Mannion (Joseph); and his sister-in-law Kathlyn Rosebrugh (Carl).
