He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Amanda (Kiefer) and Adam (Faith); his grandfather Dominik; his sister Barbara (Gordon); his siblings-in-law, Tony (Billie-Joe), Lisa (Tony) and Jennifer (Mike); his sibling's children, Shannon, Devin, Kyle and April; and his parent-in-law Gayle.
