She was predeceased by: her brother Fred (Ruth); and her parents, William Wall and Ellen Wall. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Carter; her nephew Greg (Bernadette); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Karrie and Bryan (Annelise); Carter, Parker, Oliver and Lloyd.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lounsbury Funeral Home (1766 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge, ON N3C1N8). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Velma may be made to Lisaard House Hospice in Cambridge and the Salvation Army.
