He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kozuch and Mary Kozuch; and his sister Donna Vitez. He is survived by: his wife Christine Beaumont; his son Walter Kozuch Jr.; his grandchildren, Hudson and Lily; his siblings, Wanda Kozuch and Laureli Srery; and his siblings-in-law, Tina, Michelle, Yvonne, Charlene and Mary.
