He is survived by: his children, Lorna Vokey (Yvan Bolduc) of Aurora, Mickey Etherington (Isabella Holmes) of Warsaw, Tina McNeely (James Conway) of Brantford and Sharon Van Der Gulik (Richard) of Waterloo, Ontario.; his siblings, Mable Rees (late Bill), Joan Reese (Frank), Linda Currie (late Paul) and Fred Vokey (Hilda); and his friend Jennifer Burden.
