With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Welsand (Cambridge, Ontario), who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter Welsand to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Gisele Welsand (Larocque); and his parents, Eugenie Welsand (Zimmerman) and Karl Welsand. He is survived by: his children, Karl Welsand (Samantha), Cassandra Welsand (Brent) and Dave Larocque (Dawn); his grandchildren, Scarlett, Gavin, Slaeden, Gaebriel, Alice and Brittany; and his brother Arnold Welsand (Cathy).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lounsbury Funeral Home (1766 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge, ON N3C1N8). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Innisfree Hospice on Walter's behalf.
