He was predeceased by: his brother Arnold Duench. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his son John (Kristine); his grandsons, Zak (Chloe), Hayden (Kailey) and Janson; his siblings-in-law, Dennis (Wilma) and Martha; and his caregivers, Jim, Dr. Holling, Michelle and Kam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Expressions of sympathy may be donated to the Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank to assist struggling families during this season in which we rejoice in Christ's birth.
