He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Norton and Arlene Norton; and his sister Muriel. He is survived by: his friend Bill Wilson; his wife Shirley; his children, Tina (Rob), Shawn and Ken (Yuka); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Alicia, Lindsay, Wayne and Robert.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Lisaard House or Westside Presbyterian Church would be appreciated by the family.
