He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen; his children, Caitlin Leishman (Thomas Vaculik), Emily Leishman (David Wilson) and Nicholas; his mother Jacqueline (Jackie) MacGillivray (Don MacGillivray); his sisters, Sandra (Sandy), Cameron (Robert), Patricia "Patty" Teske (Shawn) of Sault Ste, Marie, Nancy Keenan (Tim) of St. Joseph Island and Wendy; his father Frederick Leishman (Ted); his father-in-law Jim Teare (Jane Jones); his brother-in-law Kevin Teare; and his mother-in-law Diane Teare. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or your local Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
