He was predeceased by: his wives, Clara Elizabeth Powell (Betty) and Betty Stackhouse; his daughter Janet Elizabeth; his parents, Dr. Roy (MD) and Mabel Stackhouse of Ridgeway, ON; his sisters, Joyce MacDonald and Mary Mewha (Bert) of Fort Erie, ON; and also Vera Clarke (Bob) of Ottawa.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Bill Stackhouse, DC (Susan), Paul Stackhouse (Christine), Dr. Jeff Stackhouse, DC (Anita), Lee Ciupa (Bob) and Barrie; his stepchildren, Jonathan, Matthew (Bill), James, Sarah (Paul), Kaili, Erin, Brenna, Andrew Stackhouse (Jeff), Sam and Mackenzie Ciupa (Lee); and his great grandchild Ethan (Foster).
Because of COVID, it will be 50 family and close friends, by invitation only. And there will be no reception to follow, as directed by the Ontario Government.
