He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frank, Joy and Valerie. He is survived by: his children, Jessica (Michael Surdykowski), Travis and Cheyenne; his stepchildren, Michelle, Candice and Darrell; his grandchildren, Addison and Jacob; and his sisters, Verna Mitchell and Linda Fields. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
