He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Elizabeth Filson; his parents, Douglas Rutherford and Susie Rutherford; and his brother Ralph (Geraldine). He is survived by: his sons, David of Burlington and Paul of Toronto; his grandchildren, Travis and Chase Rutherford; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Bews (Jack), Grant Filson (May), Edward Filson and Colin Filson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church (17 Ranney St, Campbellford, ON K0L1L0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
