He is survived by: his sons, David of Burlington and Paul of Toronto; his grandchildren, Travis and Chase Rutherford; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Bews (Jack), Grant Filson (May), Edward Filson and Colin Filson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
