With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lorraine Scarlett (Campbellford, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Lorraine left this world on June 10, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Fry and Gertrude Fry (late Glenn Scarlett); and her siblings, Anne Cooney (Howard), Bernice Mangold (Oscar), George Fry (Ruth), Harry Fry (Fran), Ruth McTaggart (Don), Ted Fry (Greta) and Anita Jacques (Glenn).
She is survived by: her children, Barry Scarlett, Angela Scarlett-Smith (Jim) and Darrin Scarlett (Dean); her grandchildren, Jenifer Wolfe (Karsen), April Scarlett (Justin), Christopher Scarlett (Elizabeth), Shannon Rankin (Steve), Jamie Smith (Amy), Amanda Scarlett (Eli), Ashley Scarlett (Mike) and Matthew Scarlett; and her brother John Fry (Barb). She is also survived by her 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Weaver Family Funeral Home (77 Second St, Campbellford, ON K0L1L0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
