She was predeceased by : her husband Hugh MacDonald; and her daughter Janette Pilgrim (John) of Sunderland. She is survived by : her children, Gail Harrington (Jim) of Orangeville and Ralph (Janet) of Sutton; her grandchildren, George (Carrie), Charlene (Lorne), Denise (Paul), David (Terri), Colleen (Will) and Stephanie (Michael); her great grandchildren, Alicia, Cara, Ben, Brooklyn, Meghan, Kayleigh, Taryn, Molly, Izzy, Maddie, Lexie and Wolfie; and her great great grandchild Cyrus. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

“To all of Mildred's family, Just wanted to express our sadness at Mildred's passing. She was always such a friendly welcoming lady with her family as her main purpose in life. She has lived a good long life and has seen a lot of history unfold, ironically just like the Queen. You'll all miss her so much but can rest assured she's in an even better place now. Take care.
