He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Lynn Cowdell; his son Joshua; his parents, Harvey Manley and Mabel Manley; and his siblings, Bob, Bill, Betty, Bertha, Walter and Herb.
He is survived by: his son Dan.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Necropolis Presbyterian Cemetery.
