Though Virginia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Rylands; her parents, David Milligan and Bertha Milligan; and her brother Fred Milligan. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Heidi) of Cardinal and Mark (Debbie) of Cardinal. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
