He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stanley Kuiack and Barbara Eva Kuiack; his wife Helen Kuiack; and his siblings, Diane, Terry and Paul (Charlotte).
He is survived by: his sons, Jason (Erin) of Ottawa and Cory of Carlsbad Springs; his grandchildren, Shea and Ellie; his siblings, Gerard (Loretta), Mary Jane Mcguey (Ed), Gordon, Joe, Judy and Bernie (Tracy); and his brother-in-law Bob Eavers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
