It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Roy Smith of Carp, Ontario, who passed away on January 2, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Margaret; his wife Sheila; his brother Martin; and his half-sister Doreen. He is survived by: his sons, Bradley (Carol), Barry and Stephen (Line); his sister Sandra (Norman); and his grandchildren, Cameron, Alexander, Christopher, Daniel and Isabelle.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C3H1).
