He was predeceased by : his parents, Maurice O'Brien and Theresa O'Brien; and his wife Patricia Anne O'Brien (Patty). He is survived by : his children, Lisa Beals (Shaun) and Shawn O'Brien (Jennifer); his sisters, Carol O'Brien (Don) and Bonnie Fetter (Jim); and his grandchild Damon.
