He was predeceased by : his spouse Ladele Fitton; and his siblings, Barbara and Tom. He is survived by : his children, Linda Patricia Szekeres (John), David Robert (Lisa), Robert Samuel Jr., Andrew Lawrence (Cara) and Randy Proulx (Nora); his grandchildren, Jamie Linda Hill, Aggie Lee (Hill), David Robert Jr., Kelsey Marie, Hayden Mitchell, Emily Elizabeth, Alison Rose (Jordan) and Alana Jean; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Penelope and Merideth.
