We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2025, at the age of 94, Helen Yvonne Spitz (Cavan, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Helen Yvonne's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Helen Yvonne has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, David (Susan), Paul (Diana) and Sherrie (Doug); and her sister Carol (Murray). She is also survived by her several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A reception was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the St. John's Anglican Church (1758 Peterborough County Rd 10, Cavan, ON L0A1C0).
