She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Farr and Pearl Farr; and her siblings, Barb Peckham and Don Farr. She is survived by: her children, Barb Kooy, Don Smith and Cathy Oakes; her grandchildren, Thomas, Lola Fayemi, Patrick Kooy, Brandon Oakes and Audrey Oakes; and her siblings, Alice (Ken Nadon), Ted Farr and Patty (Mike Callcot). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations made to Jessica's House in Donna's memory would be greatly appreciated by the family.
