He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmot Snyder and Dorothy Snyder; his wife Karen (Leeman); and his sisters, Joan Dunphy and Joyce York (Rod).
He is survived by: his partner Shirley Ross; his children, Lynn Laidlaw (David) and Carl Snyder (Amy); his grandchildren, Emily Dafoe (Travis), Matt Laidlaw, Chloe (Jenessa), Sam and Jake Snyder; and his siblings, Murray Snyder (Mary) and Judy Anson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Centreville Hall (4504 Lennox and Addington County Rd 4, Stone Mills, ON K0K1N0).
