He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gillard and Jeanne Gillard. He is survived by: his sons, Gordon Gillard and Alex Freele-Gillard (Monica Freele); his siblings, Laura Woolley (Brian) and Chris Gillard (Cheryl Chinnick); and his close friend Ruth Burdick. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
