He was predeceased by: his parent Alan Vincent "Pete" Callingham. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Elizabeth; his siblings, Larry Callingham of Chatham and Laura Callingham of Belle River; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Gehl, Kortney Dikan-Callingham, Sophia Huckle and Jensen Huckle. He is also survived by his friends at Victoria House - St. Thomas and his surviving relatives.
Donations in memory of Lee may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
