With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Allan Henry Edmonds (Chatham, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Allan may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ethel, Vernon and Lowell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Edmonds; his daughters, Cheryl and Susan (Kevin); his granddaughter Lola; and his brother Merrill.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thames Christian Fellowship (400 Park Ave E, Chatham, ON N7M5Y5). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated for Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario or Gideons International.
