He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Cole; and his siblings, Marie Montpetit, Kay Birkby, Frances Morgan, Chuck Greene, Jim and Robert Cole.

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Florence Cole; and his friends, Glen, Cheryl, Jim K. and Joanne Cowan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
