He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Ardis (Helen); and his parents, Pauline Ardis and James Ardis. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Marcy (Gord Tetley) and David (Melissa Patterson); his granddaughter Madeleine; his sisters, Joyce Redhead (Dan) and Betty (Bill); his sisters-in-law, Barb LaMarsh, Bonnie Hunter (Lee), Katherine McFadden (Rob Hart) and Wendy McFadden; and his mother-in-law Marjorie McFadden.
