He is survived by: his spouse Deborah; his children, Michele Bellamy (Paul), Marie Murray (Ian), Shawn Vander Weide (Nicole), Lisa Vander Weide (Mike) and Andrea Tran (Joe); his stepchildren, Randy Zamaria (Amanda) and William Zamaria (Janna); his grandchildren, Chris, Eric, Ainsley, Owen, Avery, Levi, Madelyn, Brett, Abygail, Isabella, Brady and Blake; and his siblings, Dini and Fran.

Donations in memory of Andrew may be made to the VON, who took great care of him during his fight with cancer.
