It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ann Cox of Chatham, Ontario, who passed away on December 2, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Roe and Mildred Roe; her husband Wilfred "Wilf" Cox; and her siblings, Edwin (Ted) and Jane Houston (late Doug) of St. Catherines.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Pidgeon (Dawn) of Chatham, Todd Pidgeon (Chris) of Chatham and Chris Pidgeon (Mary) of Pain Court; her stepchildren, Karen Smith (Ellery), Geoff Cox (Penny) and Darren Cox (Michelle); her grandchildren, Stacey, Niki, Megan, Oliver, Leah, Timber, Amy and Cindy; and her great grandchildren, Leighton, Rhett, Maverick, Vance, Dylan and Cole. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McKinlay Funeral Home - Chatham (459 St Clair St, Chatham, ON N7L3K6).
In memory of Ann, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Chatham-Kent or to the Riverview Gardens Nursing Home Activity Fund.
