She was predeceased by : her sibling Wally Forsythe; and her parents, Lloyd Forsythe and Betty Forsythe (Taylor). She is survived by : her daughter Betty Ann Johnson (Kelly) of Chatham; her sister-in-law Jane Forsythe; and her nieces and nephews, Carly and Geoff Connor.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home (2240 Wharncliffe Rd S, London, ON N6P1P8). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
