She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Vsetula and Annie Vsetula (Valasek); her spouse Thomas McDonnell; her brother Frank Vsetula (Ida); and her siblings-in-law, Jerry McDonnell (late Anne), Dan McDonnell (late Pat Cragg), Mary Belanger (late Ralph), Margaret Semchism (late Peter), Eileen Countryman (late Francis) and Irene Tunstall (late Jack).

She is survived by: her children, Jim McDonnell (Pat), Patrick McDonnell (Lori), Deb Dewar and Dave McDonnell (Kim); her son-in-law Dave Dewar; her grandchildren, Nicole Britton (Jeremy), Christy Campbell (Tyler), Greg Dewar (Alicia), Kyle Dewar and Tyler Dewar; her great grandchildren, Mason, Kenzie Britton, Larkyn, Brewer, Loewen Campbell, Logan and Oliver Dewar; her stepgrandchildren, Tim Gammage (Trish), Jack Tomen (Hannah), Kate Tomen and Sam Tomen; her brother Joseph Vsetula (Wendy); her brother-in-law Phil McDonnell (Mary Jean); and her pet Missy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Anne to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Pet and Wildlife Rescue would be appreciated.
