She was predeceased by: her father Victor; and her brother Jim Phaneuf. She is survived by: her husband Gerry De Waal; her children, Karen Turner (Al), Mike De Waal (Melissa) and Matthew De Waal; her granddaughter Krystal Goetghebeur (Skylar); her great grandchild Jaxson; her sisters, Mary Slater (late Don) and Linda Robert (Louis); her siblings-in-law, Irma Phaneuf, Hilda De Waal, Diane De Waal and Martin De Waal (Carol); and her caregiver Assistant. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & extended family & friends.
