He was predeceased by: his parent Norman Summers; his spouse Anna; his child Wayne Summers; and his sibling-in-law Audrey Garvey. He is survived by: his parent Lettie Summers; his child Mary Lou (John Wright) of Petrolia; his grandchildren, Greg Wright of Petrolia and Heather Wright of Petrolia; his sibling Betty Jane Humphrey of London; and his siblings-in-law, Ken, Mary Lou Bell of Wallaceburg, Frances, Joe Longe of Blenheim, Ron, Gail Ball of Burlington, Jayne and Jim Smith of Kent Bridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
