She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fleming (Bun) and Dorothy Holmes (Hill) of Tilbury Ontario; and her brother Dr. Robert "Bob" Holmes of Texas. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" William Skipper; her children, Terry Skipper (Janet) of Chatham, Lynn Novacco (Mario) of Fletcher, Peggy Skipper of Chatham, Danny Skipper Nelles (Cheryl) of Merlin, Erin Blackwell (Bill) of Chatham and Heather Wilcox (Tim) of Petrolia; her grandchildren, Stephanie Hunter (Mike), Jessica Skipper Samson (Julien), Derrick Novacco, Brandon Novacco, Jared Novacco Assuncaio (Jen), Cassie McLeod (Andrew), Chris Bourne, Shae-Lynn Bourne-Turok (Bohdan), Calea Souter (Kevin), Sean Bourne, Jodi Skipper (Jamie) of Danny, Skipper Wallace (Erin), Chelsea Horvath (Aaron), Paige Skipper, Whitney Hannaford (Andrew), Colby Calvert (Ken), Taylor Nguyen (Steve), Shana Wilcox Frostad (Ryan) and Ashley Wilcox Bogaert (Tynan); her sisters-in-law, Isabel Holmes (Dobson) of Texas, Barbara Skipper of Toronto and Dorothy Skipper of Windsor; and her cousin Art Shields of Kingsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
A Celebration of Life memorial and gathering of friends and family will take place at a later and COVID safe date.
