We announce the death of Brian Sparks (Chatham, Ontario), who passed away on September 7, 2026. Brian will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Brian will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Brian will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Brian’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Sparks and Doris Sparks; and his brothers, Tom and Larry. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Brown); his sister Janice Buckingham; and his sister-in-law Carole Sparks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sprucedale United Church (493 Victoria Ave, Chatham, ON N7L3B4).
